Booking and Refund Policies
Terms of Sale:
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. For late check-out, please note the following:
- Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- After 3:00 PM: 100% of the nightly rate will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
- High Season (July, August & Eid Al-Adha): Rates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Mid-Season (June, September & from December 24th to January 1st & Eid Al-Fitr): You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival (up to noon on the check-in day), you will be charged for one night.
- Low Season (Rest of the year): You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days before arrival (up to noon on the check-in day), you will be charged for one night.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
Note: For group reservations of more than 10 suites during the low and mid-seasons, the cancellation deadline is 20 days before arrival. After this period, the full deposit will be charged.
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit, refundable if canceled up to 20 days before arrival. During the high season, full payment is required and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Transportation:
If you require transport from the TGV station or airport, please reply to this email, and we will arrange it with our trusted drivers. To ensure this service, we will need specific details, including arrival/departure time, the number of people, and flight number.
- Transfer cost from the TGV station: 350 MAD per trip.
- Transfer cost from the airport: 300 MAD per trip.
Once confirmed, our trusted driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the hotel name.
Access Conditions:
Please note that, in line with our hotel policies and for the safety of our guests, access to the hotel, pool, beach, and beach club is reserved exclusively for hotel residents.
Our hotel accepts dogs under 5 kg in Junior Suites only. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please observe the following:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas of the hotel.
- We recommend bringing your dog’s bedding for their comfort.
- Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and will be charged for necessary repairs.
